This can include anything from providing practical information and market intelligence relating to any or all of the law firms you might wish to consider during your job search through to imparting advice at offer stage and conducting package and salary negotiations on your behalf.
We have strong business relationships with numerous law firms in the England and Wales jurisdiction, ranging from small and niche/ specialist, boutique-type law firms, right up to some of the largest commercial firms in the country (and indeed globally). If your geographical interest is outside England & Wales, we also recruit into offshore jurisdictions.
Based on your job search criteria, we will endeavour to thoroughly search for suitable vacancies in your preferred geographical area, over and above any vacancies which we may already be aware of at the point you register with us.
You will retain control of the process in that any additional vacancies which we might unearth will be discussed with you first and your CV will only be sent to law firms where you have given your express approval for us to do so.
